The Finance Ministry has paid MKD 210,9 million (EUR 3,42 million) to 1,316 farmers in sheep subsidies.
The financial support amounts to MKD 1,000 (EUR 16) per head.
"The Government remains consistent in supporting agriculture as one of the leading pillars of Macedonian economy", the Finance Ministry said in a press release.
